Infinix has launched a new entry-level smartphone – the Infinix Smart 7 in the Indian market. The latest Smart series smartphone is powered by a Unisoc SC9863A1 processor and will take on the likes of the Redmi A1, POCO C50, and Tecno Pop 7 Pro. It offers a large display with an HD+ resolution and 500nits peak brightness.

The Infinix Smart 7 is equipped with a 6000mAh battery unit and a 13MP rear camera. The smartphone offers a 5MP front camera and also features a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The entry-level smartphone from Infinix relies on a Type-C port for charging and data transfers. The Infinix Smart 7 price in India is Rs 7,299 for the 4GB + 64GB configuration. The handset will be available for purchase starting February 27 exclusively via Flipkart.

Infinix Smart 7: Specifications and Features

The Infinix Smart 7 flaunts a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with an HD+ (1612 × 720 pixel) resolution, 60Hz refresh rate, and 500nits peak brightness. The display panel makes room for the front shooter inside a waterdrop notch.

Under the hood, the latest Smart series smartphone sports a Unisoc SC9863A1 processor and a PowerVR GPU. It comes paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Users also get an option to expand the memory further by 3GB with the help of the virtual RAM feature. The handset boots XOS 12, based on Android 12.

The all-new Smart 7 sports a dual-rear camera setup that includes a 13MP primary shooter with an LED flash. It gets accompanied by a 2MP secondary sensor and a dual LED flash setup. The smartphone relies on a 5MP front shooter and an LED flash for video calls and selfies.

The latest Smart series smartphone is backed by a 6000mAh battery unit. It supports 10W charging over a USB Type-C port. The smartphone packs a dedicated microSD card slot. In terms of biometrics, it offers a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and also supports software-based face unlock.

The Infinix Smart 7 comes in three colour options – Azure Blue, Emerald Green, and Night Black. It features a wave pattern design and an anti-bacterial back panel. It weighs 207 grams and measures 75.63 × 164.2 × 9.37mm. Connectivity options of the smartphone include Dual-SIM, 4G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, Glonass, and BeiDou.
