Infinix launched the Zero 8i in the country earlier this month. Now, the company is gearing up to launch an entry-level smartphone, Smart HD 2021 edition in the country on the 16th of December. A large display and a big 5,000mAh are amongst the USPs of the upcoming Infinix device, both of which are good to have if one plans to use a device for attending lectures that have become a norm in 2020. Ahead of the launch, Flipkart has now revealed the pricing of the Infinix Smart HD 2021. Based on the revealed pricing, it should be one of the cheapest offerings in the market. Infinix Smart HD 2021: Price in India
Flipkart microsite has revealed that the Infinix Smart HD 2021 edition will retail for Rs. 5,999 in the country. This should be the pricing for the 2GB RAM and 32GB storage variant. The Smart HD is said to come only in 2GB RAM and 32GB storage configuration. At this price, the Infinix Smart HD 2021 will compete against the likes of the Realme C11.
Infinix Smart HD 2021: Specifications
The Infinix HD Smart 2021 edition listing is already up on Infinix official website which has revealed most of the key specifications. It will feature a 6.1-inch IPS TFT panel with 720*1560 pixel resolution and a water-drop notch and 500nits brightness. Infinix has not revealed the processor information, though, the clock speed will be 1.3GHz. The smartphone will offer a dedicated micro-SD card slot with support for up to 256GB of storage.
Moving to the battery, the smartphone comes equipped with a 5,000mAh battery, with just 5W charging. It will feature a micro-USB port for charging and data transfers. It sports a squircle camera module on the top left of the back panel which houses a single 8MP shooter and dual LED flashlight. There is also an 8MP selfie shooter with a dual-LED flashlight on the front. The smartphone will support 1080p video recording at 30fps.
As per the specifications mentioned on the official website, the smartphone will support only 3G connectivity which is a bummer. The smartphone will pack a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and will support face unlock too. It will boot Android 10, Go Edition, similar to Micromax in 1b 2GB RAM variant.
