Infinix Zero 5G Specifications Leaked Ahead of Launch, To Feature Dimensity 900 SoC, 120Hz AMOLED Display

Earlier this month, a report revealed that Infinix will launch its first 5G-enabled handset -Infinix Zero 5G in January 2022 in the country. The handset was recently spotted on Google Play Console with MediaTek Dimensity processor and 8GB of RAM. Also, the design and renders of the device were leaked back in November. Now, in a new development, live images and key specifications of the upcoming Infinix Zero 5G have been leaked, courtesy of Tech Arena24. Let us take a closer look at the Infinix Zero 5G specifications.

The upcoming Zero 5G is said to feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 1,080 x 2,460 pixel resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The display panel will house the front selfie shooter inside a centered punch-hole notch. Google Play Console listing has already confirmed the presence of MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor. The Dimensity 900 is built on a 7nm fabrication process and comes with Mali G68 GPU.

The Zero 5G will come preloaded with Android 11 with the company’s XOS skin on top. The handset is said to come with a triple rear camera setup along with a dual-tone flash. The rectangular camera module will reside in the top left corner of the back panel. The primary sensor will have a 48MP resolution. Whereas, the other two auxiliary sensors are Telephoto and Ultra-wide-angle lenses. The ultra-wide-angle lens might also double as the macro lens. For selfies and video calls, it is said to offer a 16MP shooter.

The Zero 5G is said to be equipped with a 5,000mAh battery unit and 33W fast charging support. It is likely to offer a side-mounted fingerprint scanner which will double as the power button. The leaked renders showcase the handset is a green color variant. However, we can expect the company to launch it in other color variants as well.
