Infinix has launched its latest smartphone under the Zero series, called Infinix Zero 8 in Indonesia today. The smartphone has been in news and the leaked images had appeared online earlier this week. The smartphone features a modern design and packs quite good hardware, be it the processor, latest camera setup or high refresh rate display.

Infinix Zero 8 comes only in one storage configuration and is priced at Rp. 3,799,000 for 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. Infinix Zero 8 comes in two colors Black and White.
Infinix Zero 8: Specifications and Features
Similar to every other phone launching these days, Infinix Zero 8 also features a modern bezel-less display with a dual-punch-hole notch. The display on the Infinix Zero 8 is a 6.85-inch FHD+ panel which comes with a 90HZ refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate, which the company refers to as Smooth Display. Coming to the processor, the device sports MediaTek Helio G90T which is known for it’s gaming performance, this is the same processor that we have already seen on popular devices like Redmi Note 8 Pro and Realme 6.
The MediaTek Helio G90T is built on the 12nm FinFET process and comes coupled with ARM Mali-G76 GPU and multi-dimensional liquid cool technology. The smartphone comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage which can be further expanded with the help of a dedicated Micro-SD card slot.
The device has a 64MP quad-rear camera setup, the camera module on the device is a diamond-shaped module, similar to what we have seen on Vivo S1 Pro before. The primary sensor on the Infinix Zero 8 is a 64MP Sony IMX696 sensor, coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens which can double as a macro camera as well. These sensors are accompanied by dedicated sensors for Bokeh and Ultra Night Videos. The smartphone is capable of recording 4K videos as well as 960fps slow-motion videos.
Coming to the selfie side, the smartphone packs a dual front camera setup including a 48MP sensor coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The 48MP sensor on the device is capable of recording 4K videos as well.
Infinix Zero 8 packs a 4500mAh battery with 33W charging support and has a Type-C port. The fingerprint sensor is embedded in the power button and can be found on the right side of the device, the device support face unlock too. It runs on Android 10 based XOS 7. The company is also bundling a case and a screen protector in the retail packaging.
