Instagram is experiencing an outage in several parts of the world. Users are taking to various social media platforms to inform about the app not working as usual. While some users are struggling to refresh their feeds, others are unable to view Stories on the platform. The Meta-owned app has not officially released a statement over the outage. However, Down Detector, which tracks outages by collating status reports from a number of sources including user-submitted errors on its platform, shows that users have reported issues with the app.
Instagram users started experiencing network issues on the platform from 7 am IST on March 9. More than 54,000 users reported about Instagram being down on Down Detector.
