Apple iPhone 13 launch event is less than a week away. Apple is expected to announce four new iPhone 13 models, namely the iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro Max and the entry-level 13 mini. Before the upcoming California Streaming Apple event kicks off and the iPhone 13 models even go on sale, details about the iPhone 14 have emerged online. Tipster Jon Prosser has uploaded a new video that is claimed to reveal the iPhone 14 design and other key details. These leaked iPhone 14 images suggest that Apple is giving the iPhone 4 a modern touch. Let’s take a look at the Apple iPhone 14 design renders, specs and other details.

Apple iPhone 14 design renders leaked

Apple iPhone 14 design renders have leaked online ahead of the iPhone 13 launch event. The images suggest that next year’s iPhone is getting a major redesign.

Prosser’s uploaded image renders of the iPhone 14 Pro Max shows that the notch is going away. Apple’s top-tier Pro Max iPhone model will switch to a hole-punch cutout display next year. Prosser believes that it still has the Face ID sensors, which are below the display. The hole-punch cutout will continue to house the front camera sensor. He further states that the non-Pro 2022 iPhone models will have a notch cutout.

The glass body is surrounded by a titanium frame, which has round buttons, similar to what we saw on the iPhone 4. The rear panel is also getting some major changes. Apple’s next year’s iPhone will be thicker for a bigger battery. This will also result in covering the bump, which means that users will get a triple-camera setup with the LiDAR sensor slapped flat on the iPhone 14 Pro Max. Also, in case you are wondering, Apple will stick to the Lightning port for the 2022 iPhone models, at least according to Prosser’s leaked information.

The report does not reveal any details about the screen size or any other internals. It would not be a surprise if Apple sticks to the 6.7-inch display size, which is also likely to be seen on the iPhone 13 Pro Max. It is too early to say that the leaked design is accurate, especially when we are over a year away from the phone’s launch. Meanwhile, we can wait to see what Apple has in store for users at the California Streaming Apple event on September 14.
