More iPhone 14 leaks have started to surface online as we get closer to the launch timeline. Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 14 series on September 13, according to some rumours. The company will launch four new iPhone models, including two Max models. The iPhone 14 Max is said to replace the iPhone 13 mini model this year.

Apple is said to make multiple changes in the iPhone 14 series with respect to design and specifications. The Pro models are said to get a lot more upgrades than the regular models. A new leak has now revealed the battery specifications of the upcoming 2022 iPhone models.

iPhone 14 Series Battery Details Tipped

Apple iPhone 14 models are said to get a bigger battery this year. However, the iPhone 14 Pro Max, which is the most premium offering, will feature a slightly smaller battery. 

According to a tipster who shared the details on Baidu (via), the iPhone 14 will come with a 3279 mAh battery. In comparison, the iPhone 13 has a 3227 mAh battery. The iPhone 14 Pro will pack a 3200 mAh battery, which is bigger than the 13 Pro’s 3095 mAh battery.

The tipster also notes that the iPhone 14 Pro Max will pack a 4323 mAh battery, which is smaller than the iPhone 13 Pro Max’s 4352 mAh battery.

Since there is no proven record, it is best to take the latest battery leaks with a pinch of salt. The rumour mill has revealed some other details of the iPhone models launching this year.

iPhone 14 Series: Other Specifications and Features Leaked So Far

The Pro models will get major upgrades, with the 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max sporting a hole-punch and a pill-shaped cutout at the top for the Face ID sensors and the front camera. Apple is said to upgrade the front camera on all four models launching this year. The front camera is said to get support for autofocus.

The 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max will support a 120Hz ProMotion refresh rate. These models will feature a 6.1-inch and a 6.7-inch display,  The non-Pro models will continue to sport a wide notch at the top. These models will have the same display size as the Pro models but miss out on support for a 120Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood, the Pro models will come with an A16 Bionic chip. There will be an A15 chip on the regular models. All four models are likely to pack 6GB of RAM. 

In terms of cameras, the iPhone 14 Pro models are rumoured to come with a 48MP triple-camera setup. The regular models will feature a dual-camera setup on the back.
