iQOO 11S Display Specifications Confirmed: RAM, Storage Type Also Revealed

iQOO will unveil a new flagship smartphone on July 4 in China. The upcoming iQOO 11S would be the last major smartphone from iQOO ahead of the iQOO 12 series smartphones. iQOO has also scheduled a product launch on the same date in India. The company would unveil the iQOO Neo 7 Pro smartphones at the launch event.

iQOO has confirmed the chipset, fast charging, and primary-rear camera details of the Neo 7 Pro smartphone. Recently, we spotted the upcoming iQOO 11S smartphone in the GeekBench listing. The GeekBench listing reveals the chipset, RAM, and Android version of the forthcoming device. Ahead of the launch, iQOO has announced some information regarding the upcoming smartphone through new teasers shared on Weibo.

iQOO 11S Confirmed Specifications

The latest teaser shared by iQOO reveals that it would be equipped with a Samsung E6 AMOLED screen with 2K resolution. The display will have a refresh rate of 144Hz and a pixel density of 517 PPI. iQOO claims that the device will have a peak brightness of 1800 nits and support high-frequency PWM and DC-like dimming.


The company revealed that the upcoming smartphone would have the world’s first super-computing independent display chip. The inclusion of S in the moniker indicates that the device equips with Super-Vision Technology, Super-Resolution, and Super-Frame Concurrency to offer a high-definition high-frame visual experience.

There are chances for the device to skip the independent V2 ISP. The teaser images shared by iQOO don’t reveal V2 branding on the rear camera layout. iQOO has confirmed that it would equip the smartphone with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The company claims that adding the latest tech will help the device offers “Super performance.”

The GeekBench listing revealed that the device will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, built on a 4nm process. The listing also confirmed that the company equips the standard Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with the device. Previously, there were rumours that iQOO might equip the smartphone with an overclocked Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, seen on the Samsung Galaxy S23 series smartphones.

iQOO has confirmed that the device would be equipped with VC cooling, which would help the device to offer better performance. The company claims that the smartphone’s CPU and GPU performance has improved by 35% and 25%, respectively. The heat dissipation will help the device lower the temperature over prolonged periods, improving the smartphone’s performance and battery life.

The company also claims the device scores 1665452 points in the AnTuTu benchmark test. The smartphone scored 1922 and 5230 points in single and multi-core tests on GeekBench. The listing also reveals that the chipset would be paired with up to 16GB of RAM.

The upcoming iQOO 11S smartphone would run on Origin OS 3 based on Android 13 out of the box. The rumours around the device reveal that iQOO would launch the device in 12GB + 256GB, 16GB + 256GB/512GB, and 16GB + 1TB storage variants.
