The iQOO 11 5G was launched as the company’s flagship smartphone in India earlier this year. The phone comes with some top-of-the-line specifications, including the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, up to 16GB of RAM, 120W fast charging and more. The company did not launch the 11 Pro 5G in India, which offers a curved AMOLED display and support for wireless charging. The next flagship smartphone launching from the house of iQOO is the 11S 5G. The company has not confirmed any details about the launch officially. However, a new leak has revealed some key specs and other details of the upcoming iQOO smartphone.
The report by MEF Mobile, citing tipster Paras Guglani, has revealed the launch timeline of the 11S 5G as well. Let’s take a look at the iQOO 11S 5G specifications, features and other details leaked ahead of its launch.
iQOO 11S 5G Launch Timeline, Specifications Leaked
The iQOO 11S 5G will debut as a new premium smartphone later this year. It is said to launch in China and some other global markets soon. The phone has the model number V2304A. According to the MEF Mobile report, the 11S 5G will launch in China in the third quarter of 2023. It is also expected to launch globally between June and August.
The phone is said to launch with two storage options in China. The base model will have 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. There will be a 512GB storage option as well, which will come with 12GB of RAM. Both variants are likely to feature LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
The report further revealed that the 11S 5G will have a 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED display with a 1440×3200 pixel resolution. At the moment, it is unknown if the screen will remain flat or if iQOO will launch the phone with a curved panel.
The report further revealed that the iQOO 11S 5G will launch with a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC. If not, the device will be packed with an upcoming Dimensity 9000 series flagship SoC, according to the report.

Currently, the iQOO 11 is available in India at a starting price of Rs 59,999 for the base 8GB + 256GB storage option. There is also a 16GB + 256GB storage option, which is priced at Rs 64,999. The phone features a 144Hz 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 2K resolution and a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
There is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with up to 16GB of RAM. It packs a 5000mAh battery and supports 120W fast charging out of the box. On the back, there is a triple-camera setup. The phone has a 50MP main camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 13MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom. For selfies, the phone has a 16MP front camera.

The phone features an optical fingerprint scanner support for Bluetooth 5.3, etc. It comes in two colours — Alpha and Legend.
