iQOO 3 5G Confirmed to Feature Snapdragon 865 SoC, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 Storage

iQOO coming soon to India

Vivo’s sub-brand, iQOO has been teasing its upcoming flagship smartphone, the iQOO 3, from the last a couple of weeks. So far, the brand has revealed that the handset will make its debut on 25th February in China and that it will have 5G connectivity and a quad-camera setup at the rear featuring a 48MP primary sensor.

Today, iQOO has unveiled two more features of its upcoming flagship phone. According to the brand, the iQOO 3 will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC, LPDDR5 RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. The company has basically put the fastest processor, RAM, and storage modules that are currently available in the Android smartphone world.

With this hardware, the iQOO 3 should be one of the best performing smartphones in the market. That being said, hardware specifications tell only half the story, the rest depends on how well is the software optimized. Anyway, considering that the iQOO 3 will be able to push high frame rates in games, expect it to feature a high refresh rate display as well.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any details regarding the display size, resolution of the remaining three cameras at the rear and the front camera, RAM and storage capacity, and battery capacity and charging speeds, at the moment. Hopefully, the brand will reveal those details as the launch nears. Speaking of, the launch event will start at 2:30 PM CST and the brand ill stream it live.
