Yesterday, we came across the report surrounding Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO’s arrival in India. As per the report, iQOO will launch the iQOO 3 smartphone in India on February 25. Today, the company has confirmed that the device will launch in China on the same date. Let’s have a look at the expected specifications, features, and the India launch details of the iQOO 3 5G smartphone.

The company has made the news official via a promotional poster for the device on its official Weibo handle. As seen in the promotional poster, the iQOO 3 5G will launch in China on February 25, 14:30 hours (Chinese time).

Coming to the specifications of the iQOO 3 5G smartphone, the device will feature a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The device will measure 158.51 x 74.88 x 9.16mm, and it will weigh in at 214.5 grams. Under the hood, the iQOO 3 5G will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 5G chipset, which will be coupled with 6GB/8GB/12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB of onboard storage. As far as the software is concerned, the iQOO 3 5G will run on the latest Android 10 out of the box with the company’s proprietary FunTouch OS skin baked on top. A 4,370mAh battery will keep the lights of the iQOO 3 5G on. The battery of the device will have support for up to 55W of fast charging.

For optics, the iQOO 3 5G will feature an array of four cameras at the back – a 64MP primary camera, a couple of 13MP sensors, and a 2MP camera. At the front, the device will sport a 16MP selfie shooter.

As far as the pricing is concerned, the iQOO 3 5G is tipped to be priced somewhere around Rs 35,990 in India. So far, this is all we know about the device, but we are sure to receive more intel on the same in the coming days.
