iQOO 7 Legend India variant to come with 66W fast charger in the box

iQOO is yet to announce the iQOO 7 launch date in India. Ahead of the launch, the official website has leaked some key details of the device.

The microsite on IQOO’s official website confirms the iQOO 7 Legend battery charging capacity details. As per the disclaimer section, the device will come with 66W fast charging support. The device has already launched in China where it features a 120W fast charger in the box. We are unsure at the moment if the India variant will come with a 66W fast charger in the box. It could also be possible that the device will come with a 33W or a 55W fast charger while supporting 66W peak fast charging.

The company, in its teasers so far, has not marketed the highlight feature yet. iQOO 7 is among the world’s fastest charging smartphones. It could be possible that the company is launching the device with 66W fast charging support to keep the device temperature in check. Add to it the Indian summer, where the temperature hits 55 degrees in some regions.

Regardless, 66W fast charging is the highest we have here in India and is likely to charge the phone in 35 minutes, if not less.
