iQOO is gearing up for the iQOO 7 launch in India. The company has teased that the price of its upcoming gaming smartphone will be under Rs 40,000 in India. It has also teased the launch of the BMW Edition coming to India as the iQOO 7 Legend. While the launch date remains unknown, more details of the device have leaked. Tipster Mukul Sharma, aka Stufflistings, have leaked the AnTuTu scores of the upcoming smartphone. The smartphone comes powered with a Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood. iQOO 7 Legend AnTuTu Benchmark scores leaked ahead of India launch event

iQOO will launch the iQOO 7 soon in India. Ahead of the launch, the device’s AnTuTu benchmark scores have leaked. 

Tipster Mukul Sharma has uploaded an image that reveals the AnTuTu V9 benchmark scores. As per the leak, the device scored 831,200 in AnTuTu scores. The device scored 2,13,884 and 3,20,226 in CPU and GPU tests. Overall, it is even higher than Qualcomm’s claimed 740847 AnTuTu scores for the Snapdragon 888 SoC. The Apple A14 Bionic, which is considered to be the most powerful SoC, scored 660086 in our test.

The iQOO smartphone has already launched in China. It comes with a Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood.

iQOO 7 price in India

iQOO has confirmed that the price of its upcoming smartphone will be under Rs 40,000. It was launched in China at a starting price of CNY 3,798 (Roughly Rs 43,050) for the 8GB/128GB model. The 12GB/256GB variant price is set at CNY 4,198 (Roughly Rs 47,600). It comes in  Black, Latent Blue, and Legendary Edition with the BMW branding.

iQOO’s recent teaser confirms that the BMW Legend Edition is also coming to India.

iQOO 7 specifications 

The iQOO 7 sports a 6.62-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a centrally-aligned hole-punch cutout. The screen has a 1080 x 2400 resolution and comes with 120Hz refresh rate support. Moreover, the device has a 300Hz touch sampling rate and 1300 nits of peak brightness.

Under the hood, the phone draws power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. It could come with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The device also packs a 4,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.  

On the back, the iQOO 7 gets a triple-camera setup. It has a 48MP f/1.79 primary camera with OIS and EIS. The camera module also includes a 13MP ultra-wide lens and a 13MP portrait sensor with 2x optical zoom, and 20x digital zoom. The device comes with a 16MP front camera.  

Connectivity options include 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, Bluetooth 5.2, dual-SIM support, and USB Type-C port. The device runs on Android 11 with OriginOS on top of it. We expect the India variant to come with Funtouch OS 11 out of the box.
