iQOO 8 launches in China on August 17. Ahead of the launch, the flagship smartphones from iQOO have visited the 3C website. The website confirms the previously leaked charging details of the devices.

Two iQOO phones with the model numbers V2141A and V2136A are listed on the 3C website. The listing reveals that the phones will support 120W fast charging. These two devices are believed to be the upcoming iQOO 8 series phones, which could launch as iQOO 8 and iQOO 8 Pro. There is also a third smartphone with the model number V2133A. This phone is speculated to be one from the Vivo X70 series, which will support 44W fast charging.

It was previously rumoured that the upcoming iQOO flagship will support 160W fast charging. However, the 3C listing confirms that the devices will support up to 120W fast charging. Details of the battery capacity remain unknown at the moment. We can expect the devices to pack at least a 4000 mAh battery.

As mentioned above, the iQOO flagships will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ SoC under the hood. The ‘Plus’ Qualcomm chip gets two major performance improvements.
