iQoo has launched the iQoo 9 series in India. The company has launched three premium smartphones under the iQoo 9 series, namely the iQoo 9, 9 Pro and the 9 SE. The three iQoo flagship smartphones come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8-series chipsets. The top-of-the-line 9 Pro has the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.
The phones also come with a triple-camera setup on the back. The higher-end offering comes with a gimbal stabilisation system for better stability while recording videos. Let’s take a look at the iQoo 9 series price in India, specifications, features and other details.
iQoo 9 series price in India
Each phone of the iQoo 9 series comes in two storage options. The vanilla model and the 9 SE each come with 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB storage options. The vanilla model with 8GB + 128GB storage is priced at Rs 42,990, whereas the 12GB + 256GB storage option is priced at Rs 46,990.
The 9 SE comes at a starting price of Rs 33,990 for the base 8GB + 128GB option. The 12GB + 256GB option is priced at Rs 37,990. It comes in Sunset Sierra and Space Fusion colours.
iQoo’s top-end 9 Pro flagship comes with 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB storage options. It is priced at Rs 64,990 and Rs 69,990. The phone comes in Legend and Dark Cruise colours. It goes on sale starting March 2 via Vivo e-store, Amazon India and offline stores.
As part of launch offers, customers with an ICICI Bank Credit card can avail up to Rs 6,000 discount on the purchase of the iQoo 9 series.
Specifications and features
Starting with the 9 Pro, the phone comes with a 6.78-inch 2K AMOLED display with an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate display. It also comes with a 300Hz touch sampling rate. The screen is curved and has a hole-punch cutout at the top centre. The device also comes with an intelligent display chip for enhancing the gaming experience.
Under the hood, there is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The phone has a 4700 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. It also comes with dual-speakers, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, X-axis linear motor, etc.
The phone has a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50MP Samsung GN5 Gimbal main camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera with a 150-degree field of view, and a 16MP portrait camera. The phone has a 32MP front camera sensor.
The vanilla 9 has a 6.56-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 300Hz touch sampling rate. The phone has an in-display fingerprint scanner. It draws power from a Snapdragon 888+ SoC with up to 12GB of RAM. The device packs a 4350 mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging.
