iQOO 9T 5G will launch later this month in India. The company has confirmed the launch of its new premium smartphone in India without revealing the launch date. iQOO has started teasing the device’s key features. The teasers suggest that the phone is a rebadged iQOO 10, which will launch on July 19 in China. 

The 9T 5G will sport a triple-camera setup on the back. It will also come in two colour options. While we wait for some more official details, the device has been spotted on the Geekbench website. The iQOO 9T 5G will be the first smartphone in the company’s T-series lineup. The device has been spotted on the Geekbench website. It has the model number I2201. The listing on Geekbench confirms that the phone will draw power from a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The newly-launched chipset is paired with an Adreno 730 GPU.

In addition to the SoC details, the listing confirms that the phone will launch with 12GB of RAM. We can expect it to offer 256GB of internal storage as well. No surprises when it comes to the software as the phone will run Android 12 out of the box. The India variant will have a layer of Funtouch OS 12 on top of Android.

The device scored 1317 and 4082 in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests. Other details of the phone have leaked online. It will have a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will pack a 4700 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
