iQOO is all set to expand its smartphone portfolio in China with the launch of its upcoming iQOO Neo 5. We have already witnessed a series of leaks and rumours about the smartphone and the company has already confirmed the launch on March 16th, 2021. iQOO has also started teasing about the upcoming smartphone on its official Weibo handle and now in the latest development, the company has teased some new information about the display of the phone. Let’s have a closer look at the new teasers of the upcoming iQOO Neo 5.
iQOO Neo 5 Display Specifications
In the latest teasers, the company has shared some teaser images of the upcoming iQOO Neo 5 via its official Weibo account. Popular tipster Abhishek Yadav has shared the screengrabs of the teasers shared on Weibo. According to the renders, the iQOO Neo 5 is going to launch with a 120Hz OLED display with HDR10+ support and 1300 nits of peak brightness. The teaser image also suggests that the handset will be launched with minimum bezels even at the chin. Besides, the teaser images didn’t reveal anything about the size of the display or any other specifications.
This is not the first time we are witnessing the official teaser of the OPPO Neo 5. Last week the poster images of the smartphone surfaced on the web suggesting that the handset will be launched with a pair of 2,200 batteries which will offer a total of 4,400mAh battery capacity. The teaser images also confirmed that the handset will support a 66W FlashCharge technology.

The promotional posters of the iQOO Neo 5 also suggest that the 66W fast charging technology is capable of fueling the Neo5 battery in 30 minutes. According to the company, 10 minutes of charging can juice up to 50 percent of the battery. Earlier reports claim that the smartphone will feature a 6.61-inch AMOLED display along with a punch-hole cutout design. Under the hood, it’s tipped to be powered by the Snapdragon 870 chipset. We can expect more information about the smartphone as we move closer to launch.
