Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO is gearing up for the launch of the iQOO Neo 5. The smartphone is confirmed to launch on March 16, 2021. Ahead of the launch iQOO confirmed some of the Neo 5 specifications. The phone will come with a 120Hz refresh rate display with HDR10+ support. Ahead of the official launch, more Neo 5 specifications have leaked. iQOO Neo 5 specifications leaked ahead of March 16 launch; to feature Snapdragon 870 SoC

iQOO is gearing up for the iQOO Neo 5 launch. Ahead of the official launch, the smartphone’s specifications and features have leaked.


Tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked the iQOO Neo 5 specifications. The phone will come with a 6.62-inch Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone was confirmed to come with HDR10+ certification with 1300 nits of brightness. There will be a hole-punch cutout for the 16MP front camera.

Under the hood, the phone will draw power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. It will be paired with LPDDR4x RAM & UFS 3.1 of internal storage. The leaked specs do not reveal the RAM and storage details of the device. However, we can expect it to come with 8GB of RAM at least along with 128GB of internal storage.

The phone will also have a triple-camera system on the back. It will feature a 48MP primary camera with optical image stabilisation(OIS). The camera module will also include a 13MP sensor and a 2MP camera sensors.
