iQOO Neo 7 5G launch is imminent. The company has confirmed that its new premium performance smartphone will launch in China on October 20. iQOO is expected to launch its new Neo series phone later this year or in early 2023 in India. Ahead of its China launch, the company has started teasing some key specifications of the Neo 7 5G.

The latest teaser revealed the Neo 7 5G’s display features. The company has also confirmed the battery details of the phone. It will pack a bigger battery than the Neo 6 India variant. Let’s take a look at the iQOO Neo 7 5G specifications, features and other details known so far.

The iQOO Neo 7 5G will be one of the few smartphones to feature MediaTek’s flagship mobile SoC, the Dimensity 9000+. iQOO has also confirmed that the phone will feature liquid cooling thermals to ensure the phone offers smooth performance while handling intensive tasks.

It is also confirmed to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display. The E5 panel made by Samsung will feature support for a 120Hz refresh rate. iQOO will also pack a Pro+ display chip for smarter power consumption while adding features such as frame rate interpolation.

The phone will pack a 5000mAh battery and support an upgraded 120W fast charging. The Neo 7 5G will also feature a triple-camera setup on the back. It will come with a Sony IMX766V 50MP main camera sensor along with an ultrawide camera and a macro shooter. The device is likely to feature a 16MP front camera sensor inside the hole-punch cutout of the display.

iQOO is likely to launch the phone with multiple storage options. The device will come with at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There could also be an 8GB RAM variant with 256GB of internal storage sitting below the top-end 12GB + 256GB storage option.
