iQOO will launch the Neo 7 Pro in India. The company has already teased the launch of its new premium smartphone without revealing the launch date. There has been a lot of confusion around the specifications of the phone. Some reports claimed that the Neo 7 Pro 5G India variant will actually be the Neo 8 5G from China. However, MySmartPrice is here to clear out the confusion and bring you some solid details about the Neo 7 Pro. Our industry sources can confirm that the Neo 7 Pro India variant is actually the same as the Neo 7 Racing Edition from China.
And that, in fact, is a good thing as the Neo 8 5G in China does not come with certain camera features that the Neo 7 Racing Edition packs while sharing the SoC and battery specs. Our sources also revealed that the Neo 7 Pro India launch event could be hosted on June 27. The date is tentative and is subject to change as we inch closer to the launch.
iQOO Neo 7 Pro will take on the likes of the OnePlus 11R 5G, Samsung Galaxy A54 5G, Vivo V27 Pro 5G and other sub-Rs 40,000 smartphones. The phone will likely go on sale in early July, according to our sources. The exact sale date remains unknown.
Considering the Neo 7 Pro is a rebadged version of the Neo 7 Racing Edition, it will pack a more versatile camera system than the Neo 7 5G in India. The teaser image shared by iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya also teases the phone’s Orange colour variant, which has a rectangular camera module with a dual-step design. These teasers do suggest that the Neo 7 Pro will be a rebadged Neo 7 Racing Edition.
