iQOO is rumoured to launch two new smartphones in the Neo 7 series. The company launched the Neo 7 5G earlier this year with a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC. It is now expected to launch two more smartphones in the lineup. These will be called the iQOO Neo 7 SE and the Neo 7S. The specifications and features of the iQOO Neo 7 SE have leaked online.
iQOO is yet to confirm the launch date of the upcoming Neo series phone. Meanwhile, tipster Yogesh Brar has listed the specifications of the upcoming premium smartphone from iQOO. The device is said to feature a MediaTek Dimensity series SoC under the hood. It will also get improved fast-charging tech support. iQOO Neo 7 SE: Everything We Know So Far
The iQOO Neo 7 SE is expected to launch soon in China. It might arrive as the iQOO Neo 7 5G in India in the coming weeks. The company is yet to confirm any details around the same. Meanwhile, the leaked specifications of the phone reveal that it will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC. The same chipset is said to feature in the upcoming Redmi K60 5G. According to the leaked details, the Dimensity 8200 SoC. It is said to feature a Prime X2 core, which could have a peak clock speed of 3.0GHz.
The tipster further revealed that the Neo 7 SE will sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution. It will have support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will come with 8GB/ 12GB of RAM along with up 128GB/ 256GB and 512GB storage options. There will be a 5000mAh battery under the hood, which will be bigger than the Neo 6 5G India variant’s 4700mAh unit. It will also support 120W fast charging out of the box.
On the back, the phone is said to sport a triple-camera setup. The leaked poster revealed that the phone has a square-shaped camera module with a large circular cutout on top, inside of which are two camera sensors. The third camera sensor is placed below the circular cutout. Brar claimed that the phone will feature a 50MP main camera with optical image stabilisation support. It will be accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide camera and a 2MP macro sensor.
For selfies, the phone will come with a 16MP front camera. The device is also said to feature Android 13-based Origin OS in China. The India variant will come with Funtouch OS 13 out of the box.
