iQOO is reportedly prepping up for the launch of two new Neo series smartphones. The company is expected to introduce the iQOO Neo5s and iQOO Neo6 SE smartphone in the Chinese market soon. Several details about these upcoming smartphones have been tipped in the last few days. Now, in a recent development, images and key specifications (Via: Weibo) of the vanilla iQOO Neo5s smartphone is leaked. As per the leaked renders and specifications, the iQOO Neo5s smartphone will adopt a punch-hole display, where the punch-hole will be placed at the center of the screen. The volume rocker and a power key will be placed towards the right side of the handset as seen in the leaked images.

Speaking about the specifications, the other image reveals that the handset will come powered by Snapdragon 888 processor. The image further discloses that the Neo5s will pack 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone will run OriginOS Ocean Edition out of the box. However, it is not known as of now if the OS will be based on Android 11 or Android 12 version. If the past leak is to be believed, the device is tipped o feature a 6.56-inch OLED display. The display panel might have a Full HD+ resolution, 120Hz display, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
For the optics purpose, the smartphone might feature a 16MP front-facing camera. The back of the device is supposed to include a triple-camera setup. The device might sport a 48MP OIS-enabled Sony IMX598 camera at the back. Keeping the lights on there could be a 4,500mAh battery. The device might offer 66W fast charging support. It is also said that the handset will launch in 256GB storage configuration as well.
As mentioned above, apart from the iQOO Neo5s the company also plans to launch the iQOO Neo5s SE smartphone as well. The iQOO Neo5s SE is rumoured to pack Snapdragon 778G processor. Similar to the iQOO Neo 5s, the Neo5s SE might offer 66W fast charging support.
