iQOO is launching the iQOO Neo 5s smartphone at an event in China later today. Ahead of the iQOO Neo 5s launch, another iQOO handset – iQOO U5 5G has now been listed on the e-commerce website – JD.com. The e-commerce listing reveals the key specifications of the handset along with color variants. As per the listing, the device will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor and a 5,000mAh battery unit. The iQOO U5 5G will feature a bezel-less design along with a waterdrop notch. The top left corner of the back panel of the handset will make room for the dual-rear camera set up inside a rectangular module. The right edge of the device will house volume buttons and the power button. The power button may double as the fingerprint scanner.

The bottom edge of the device will make room for a Type-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack, speaker grille, and the primary microphone. Whereas, the secondary microphone and the sim tray will reside on the top edge of the device. Also, the handset will be sold in three color variants – Dark Black, Silver White, and Magic Blue.

As per the listing, the handset will offer a 6.58-inch LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The listing doesn’t reveal the resolution of the display panel, however, we can expect it to be a Full HD+ resolution panel. The device will be equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor that is built on an 8nm fabrication process. Under-the-hood, the handset will pack a 5,000mAh battery unit.

The e-commerce listing reveals that the device will retail in three storage-memory configurations – 4GB + 64GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 128GB. The iQOO U5 measures 164 × 75.84 × 8.25mm and weighs 185grams as per the specifications mentioned on JD.com. The listing also suggests that the handset won’t be equipped with NFC.
