iQOO is gearing up for the launch of its iQOO 7 series of smartphones in India. The iQOO 7 Legend and the standard iQOO 7 smartphones are going to launch in the country by the end of this month (April). That being said, it does not look like iQOO is planning on stopping at just that, and we might soon get to see the brand’s budget-oriented iQOO Z3 5G smartphone launch in the country as well. The iQOO Z3 5G has today been spotted on the Indian BIS certification website, which thereby hints that its Indian launch might not be too far away from now. iQOO Z3 5G visits Indian BIS, launch imminent
As per noted tipster Mukul Sharma, the iQOO Z3 5G has recently received the Indian BIS certification. The device has the model number iQOO I2011 and the same belongs to the iQOO Z3 5G moniker, as spotted on the IMEI database. The BIS listing clearly hints that the iQOO Z3 5G will likely make its way to India soon now. The brand has also been vocal about the fact that the iQOO 7 series is just the beginning for iQOO in India for 2021 and more devices are expected to follow this launch.
So yes, as I tipped earlier, the iQOO Z3 5G Indian launch does not appear to be too far away from now.
The Indian variant of the device has the model number iQOO I2011, which has already been listed on the Indian BIS.
