iQOO has revealed the first look of the upcoming Z5 ahead of its launch. The images reveal that the phone will launch in three colours. One of the three devices also has a striped, gradient back with vertical lines. In addition to this, the images confirm that the device will launch with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 3.5mm headphone jack on the top.

iQOO Z5 India launch
iQOO has confirmed the Z5 5G India launch date. The upcoming smartphone from the Vivo sub-brand will debut on September 27. iQOO will launch the device first in China on September 23. The phone is confirmed to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC. We have seen the same processor on the likes of the Realme GT Master Edition and the Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G.
The teaser invite further confirms the camera module details. iQOO’s Z5 will sport a triple-camera setup. It is likely to feature a 64MP primary camera, coupled with an 8MP ultrawide. The third sensor could be a macro or a depth sensor. Another detail confirmed in the invite is the colour option. It reveals that the device will launch in a dark shade of blue. The official naming scheme of the colour remains unknown at the moment.
The phone was previously teased to sport a hole-punch display with features like a 120Hz refresh rate support, HDR 10 and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The phone will also come with stereo speakers, Hi-Res Audio, and Hi-Res Audio Wireless support.
Under the hood, the phone will pack a 5,000 mAh battery. It is likely to support 44W or 55W fast charging support. We can also expect the phone to come with 6GB/ 8GB RAM options and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. We can expect the phone to launch in India at around Rs 25,000.
