iQOO is gearing up for the launch of its new Z-series smartphone, the iQOO Z7 5G for the Indian market. The company plans to launch this new phone in India on March 21. Ahead of the official launch, the brand has started teasing this new device through its social media handle. The company CEO, Nipun Marya had revealed the AnTuTu benchmark score of the phone recently. According to information shared by industry sources to 91Mobiles, the upcoming iQOO Z7 will launched in 6GB/8GB RAM configuration along with 128GB storage. The device will be priced at Rs 17,999 in India. This will likely be the price of the base 6GB RAM variant. The handset will debut in Pacific Night and Norway Blue colour options.

Recently, iQOO had revealed the rear design of the phone ahead of launch. As per the teaser image, the upcoming iQOO Z7 will have a dual camera on the back with an LED flash. The volume rocker and power button will be on the right side of the device. There could be a fingerprint sensor embedded in the power button. The front design of the handset was also revealed recently by the company. As per the recent teaser, the iQOO Z7 will have a water-drop-shaped notch at the top of the display which will house the selfie camera.

Speaking about the specifications, the upcoming iQOO Z7 5G is tipped to feature a 6.5-inch display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. As of now, its unclear if the device will use an IPS LCD or AMOLED panel. Powering the device under the hood there could be a Dimensity 920 processor. The handset might debut in 6GB/8GB RAM options along with a 128GB storage configuration.

As for the optics purpose, the device will feature a dual-camera setup. We can expect the camera module to include a 50MP primary sensor with OIS support.
