iQOO Z7 Pro 5G with Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G SoC Spotted on Geekbench; May Launch Soon

The upcoming iQOO Z7 Pro made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmark database with the model number I2213. The upcoming Z-series smartphone scored 873 points in the single-core round of the Geekbench 5 benchmark test. Whereas, in the multi-core round, it grabbed 2928 points. The listing suggests that the upcoming iQOO Z7 Pro 5G will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with 1 + 3 + 4 core configuration and 2.71GHz peak frequency.

Folks at 91mobiles also found the reference to Adreno 642L GPU. Based on these, the publication speculates that the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G processor. This is the same processor that powers the iQOO Z7 5G Chinese variant. So, there is a possibility that iQOO might rebrand the iQOO Z7 5G Chinse variant as the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G in India and other global markets. The iQOO Z7 Pro Geekbench listing confirms that the device will have a 12GB memory variant. However, we can expect the company to launch it in other memory configurations as well. Also, the Geekbench listing reveals that the iQOO Z7 Pro will come pre-loaded with Android 13. However, we expect it to feature FunTouchOS 13 skin on top of Android.

The iQOO Z7 Pro will be the successor of last year’s iQOO Z6 Pro which was powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor and up to 12GB of RAM. The handset offers a 90Hz AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution, a 64MP camera setup, and a 4700mAh battery with 66W fast charging support.
