iQOO, earlier this month, launched the iQOO Z7i, iQOO Z7x 5G, and iQOO Z7 5G smartphones in the Chinese market. The company also launched the iQOO Z7 5G in the Indian market but it was completely a different product compared to the iQOO Z7 Chinese variant.
The company is prepping to launch the iQOO Z7x in India/global markets as the iQOO Z7x 5G global/India variant with the model number I2216 was earlier spotted on the SIRIM certification website. In the latest development, Folks at Pricebaba have spotted the upcoming iQOO Z7x on the Bluetooth Special Interest Group database.
iQOO Z7x 5G made an appearance on the Bluetooth SIG database with the model number I2216. The listing reveals that the iQOO Z7x will feature support for Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. The listing also reveals the software version of the upcoming Z7 series device, which is PD2272F_EX_A_22.214.171.124.W20.
The software version of the upcoming iQOO Z7x global variant contains the string 2272 which also appears in the model number of the iQOO Z7x Chinese variant. To those unaware, the model number of the iQOO Z7x Chinese variant is V2272A. Based on the software version it appears that the iQOO Z7x global variant will be the same as its Chinese counterpart.

iQOO Z7x India Launch: What We Know
Last week, a report surfaced on the web claiming that the iQOO Z7x will launch in April in the Indian market. The report further claimed that the iQOO Z7x will retail in three configurations in the Indian market and will span the Rs 14,000 to Rs 16,000 price segment.
To recall, the iQOO Z7x is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor and an Adreno 619 GPU. The smartphone makes use of LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. It offers a 6.64-inch LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Full HD+ resolution, 480nits peak brightness, and a centered punch hole notch. It comes preloaded with the latest version of Android, that is Android 13.
The iQOO Z7x is backed by a 6000mAh battery unit. It sports a 50MP primary rear shooter that gets accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor. The smartphone relies on an 8MP front shooter for selfies. The iQOO Z7x packs a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and charges over a Type-C port. It is equipped with 80W fast charging support. However, the Indian variant of the device is unlikely to offer the same fast charging speed.
