In the beginning of this cricket season, Jio introduced a few packs with the Disney+Hotstar VIP subscription bundle. The cheapest Jio plan that comes bundled with Disney+Hotstar VIP subscription used to cost Rs. 222. To recall, Rs. 222 plan is an add-on pack that doesn’t come with any extra validity, instead, It has the same expiration date as your base calling pack. Now, Jio has decided to increase the cost of the plan by Rs. 33 making the new price Rs. 255. Jio has only changed the pricing of the pack without affecting the benefits. As per a report by Telecom Talk, this change in price is visible to the users who check ‘Exclusive Limited Period Upgrade Offer’ under My Jio app.

Rs. 222 pack with Disney+Hotstar subscription will now cost Rs. 255!
Rs. 255 pack doesn’t offer any voice call or extra validity, as it is an add-on pack. To avail of this plan, the user must be subscribed to a calling pack. Jio add-on packs don’t come with any extra validity, and instead, have the same expiration date as your base calling pack. Jio Rs. 255 pack offers unlimited mobile data with 15GB high-speed mobile data. Once this 15GB data is consumed by the user, the data-speeds fall down to 64kbps. This plan comes bundled with the annual Disney+Hotstar VIP subscription, which itself costs Rs. 399.

Jio has a few more offerings that come bundled with Disney+Hotstar VIP annual subscription. Other than the Rs 255 plan, Jio also has Rs. 401, Rs. 499, Rs. 612, Rs. 777, Rs. 1004, Rs. 1,206, Rs. 1,208 and Rs. 2,599 plans, all these plans come with different validities and benefits,
- Rs 401 plan offers 90GB (3GB daily + 6GB extra) mobile data in total, 1,000 Jio to Non-Jio calling minutes, unlimited Jio to Jio calls, 100 SMSes per day, and 28 days validity.
- Rs 499 plan offers 84GB (1.5G daily) mobile data in total, and 56 days validity.
- Rs. 777 plan offers 131GB (1.5GB daily + 5GB extra) mobile data in total, 3,000 Jio to Non-Jio calling minutes, unlimited Jio to Jio calls, 100 SMSes per day, and 84 days validity.
- Rs 612 plan offers 12 vouchers in total each with 6GB mobile data and 500 Jio to Non-Jio calling minutes.
- Rs 1,004 plan offers 4 cycles of 30 days with 50GB mobile data each cycle but without any call/SMS benefits, and 120 days validity.
- Rs 1,206 plan offers 6 cycles of 30 days with 40GB mobile data each cycle but without any call/SMS benefits, and 180 days validity.
