Jio Fiber Down For Several Users Across Delhi and More Cities; Twitter Sees #Jiodown Tweets From Users

Jio Fiber seems to be down for several users across several cities including Delhi. As a result, Jio Fiber users in the affected cities are not able to access the internet. The reason behind the internet outage is not known. In the meanwhile, several users have taken the issue to social media channels. Jio hasn’t revealed the reason behind the internet outage yet.

In response to complaints from Jio Fiber users, Jio Care has been asking users to reply with their Jio Fiber ID and registered mobile number but didn’t reveal the reason behind the issue. Several users are also saying that they haven’t been able to connect with the Jio Support team over a phone call.

Jaipal Saini, a Twitter user, posted that he has not been able to use Jio Fiber internet connection since morning. Jaipal says that he has not even been able to connect with the customer support team through calls.

Another Twitter user Rahul Gupta wrote that Jio Fiber is not working for him since yesterday night. Rahul said that a red light has been blinking continuously on the router. Similar to Jaipal, Rahul has also not been able to connect with the customer support team, not even on live chat.

Another Twitter user Omendra said that he has been facing connectivity issue with Jio Fiber since this morning.

Akshat, another Twitter user, also took to Twitter to highlight the issue. Akshat says that Jio is not working for him since morning and he has also been not able to connect with the support team. He says that he tried reaching out the support team over phone call, chat, as well as email, but all the efforts were unsuccessful.

In response to the users, Jio Care, on Twitter, has asked to share their Jio Fiber ID and registered mobile number. However, till now, the cause behind the Internet outage is not known.
