Reliance Jio has launched two new long-validity plans for the JioPhone users priced at INR 594 and INR 297, respectively. Although Jio was the first telco to introduce annual plans in India, JioPhone users were not eligible for those plans. Now, the telco has launched two new long term plans for the JioPhone users. The INR 594 plan offers 168 days of validity while the INR 297 plan is bundled with 84 days of validity. Both the new plans are valid for the JioPhone and the JioPhone 2 users.
Reliance Jio INR 594 and INR 297 Long Term Recharge Packs Benefits and Availability
Reliance Jio’s INR 594 recharge pack offers 4G data benefit of up to 500MB per day along with unlimited voice calling. After crossing the daily data limit, the data speed gets reduced to 64Kbps. The plan includes 300 SMS for 28 days, after which, the limit is refreshed to 300 again until the validity period ends. Concerning the benefits and other features, this plan is like the INR 99 plan fro Jio; the only difference lies in the validity period that has been increased to six months in this pack. If you’re someone who does not like the hassle of getting the recharge done every month, this plan is fitting for you. Other than the validity gain, this pack does not really offer anything extra.
The INR 594 recharge pack from Jio is the same as the INR 594 plan; the difference lies in the validity period as this one is only valid for 84 days, i.e. three months. Looking at both the new long terms plans by Jio, the telco seems to have only cared about the validity and not adding extra benefits with the packs.
Valid Only For JioPhone and JioPhone 2 Users
If you are impressed by the extended validity period of these new plans, you must note that they are only valid for the JioPhone and the JioPhone 2 users. Both the plans are also stacked with a free subscription for Jio apps such as MyJio, JioMusic, JioTV, JioCinema, and others.
To recall, Reliance has recently announced the flash sale for its 4G feature phone, the JioPhone 2. The flash sale for the phone will begin at 12 PM on January 31, 2019.
