The phone could have a 6.5-inches HD+ display with a 1600×720 pixels resolution, and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging onboard. As for the optics, the phone may pack a 13MP primary shooter at the rear, and an 8MP selfie sensor at the front.

The Jio Phone 5G, like the Jio Phone Next, will come preloaded with a modified version of Android 11. The phone will sport a contemporary design with small top and bottom bezels, a hole-punch cutout, and rounded corners.

Connectivity options on the phone include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.1, A-GPS, GLONASS, NavIC, 5G, and dual-SIM card support.
