Gurman also claims Apple will launch a redesigned Mac Mini with M4 and M4 Pro processors. The brand will also transition its iMac to the M4 chip at this event. Apple launched the new M4 chipset in May with powerful AI capabilities.

The report also claims that the tech giant will announce the iPad Mini 7 at the October event, with a potential release date in early November. To recall, the iPad Mini 6 was launched in September 2021 with A15 Bionic. We can expect the iPad Mini series to transition to Apple silicon with the iPad Mini 7.

Shedding light on Apple’s future plans, Gurman says that Apple has several products lined up for the first half of 2025. The list includes M4 MacBook Air models, iPhone SE with Apple Intelligence, and new iPad Air Models. Apple also plans to introduce next-generation Magic Keyboards and AirTags.

Gurman also says that Apple will launch the M4-powered Mac Studio around mid-2025 and the M4 Mac Pro towards the end of 2025.
