COLORFUL has announced its new B860 motherboards for the Intel Core Ultra 200 Series CPUs. The lineup includes new motherboard models in ULTRA and CVN GAMING FROZEN Series. These support PCIe Gen 5, DDR5 memory, and WiFi 7. Here are the details.
COLORFUL B860 Motherboards: Price and Availability in India
The COLORFUL B860 motherboards have been officially announced in India. However, the company has not revealed the pricing. These motherboards will be available in retail markets in the upcoming few weeks.
COLORFUL B860 Motherboards for Intel Core Ultra 200 Series
The COLORFUL iGame B860M ULTRA features a Pop Art design. It comes with a silver-coloured PCB and heatsink. It also has a holographic retro design that changes colours when viewed from different angles. This motherboard has a micro-ATX form factor.
It is equipped with 3x M.2 slots, 1x PCIe Gen 5, and 2x PCIe Gen 4 slots for connecting SSDs. It supports WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. The motherboard is compatible with DDR5 memory of up to 9400MT/s. This is the top-end model of the new COLORFUL motherboards and is compatible with the Intel Core Ultra 9 265K processor.
There’s also the CVN GAMING FROZEN B860 series, which is inspired by Navi Aircraft Carriers. The motherboards feature military-themed aesthetics in silver and black colour options. These boards are available in micro-ATX form factors, along with mini-ATX for small form factor PC enthusiasts. The micro-ATX boards come with four RAM slots, while the mini-ATX boards have two RAM slots.
The CVN models have 2x M.2 slots, 1x PCIe Gen 5, and 1x PCIe Gen 4 slot. Wireless connectivity is available via Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. DDR5 memory is also supported up to 8800MT/s, depending on the variant.
All new COLORFUL motherboards are compatible with the newly launched Intel Core Ultra 200 CPUs out of the box. Select models also feature a one-click BIOS update button. The company has also published all drivers and BIOS packages on its official website.
