Intel has brought vPro support to its Core Ultra Series 2 processors at MWC 2025. This includes the Core Ultra 200U, 200H, 200HX, 200S, and the 200V Series. The company has also shared a timeline of the retail availability of its latest chips. Here are the details.
Intel Unveils Most Advanced Commercial Systems at MWC 2025
Intel has introduced vPro Fleet Services across all of its latest processors, which were previously announced at CES 2025. It’s a SaaS (software-as-a-service) which offers enhanced AI security, device management, remote-working tools, and other resources for working professionals.
This technology also helps digital businesses to recover faster from service disruptions. Intel vPro is developed in-house based on decades of experience and feedback from its users. For example, Intel vPro offers hardware-level security that is validated against MITRE ATT&CK framework, which are the highest standards of cybersecurity in the world.
Intel vPro is now available on the Intel Core Ultra 200U, 200H, 200HX, and 200S Series processors. Previously, vPro was only present on the Intel Core Ultra 200V processors.
Apart from this announcement, Intel has not announced any new consumer-grade processor. The company unveiled its Xeon 6 processors with upgraded vRAN performance for telecommunication services. However, these are enterprise-level solutions and not end-consumer services that we would witness on laptops and computers.

- Intel Core Ultra 200U, 200H, 200HX, and 200S will be available by the end of March 2025.
- Intel vPro Services are currently under preview, and expanded availability is expected in the upcoming weeks.
