Lava introduced its budget offering – the Lava Blaze 2 last week in the Indian market. The Lava Blaze 2 will go on sale for the first time today in the country. The latest Blaze series smartphone is powered by a UniSoC T616 processor. Lava is making use of faster UFS storage along with 6GB of memory on the Blaze 2.

The Lava Blaze 2 sports a 5000mAh battery and offers a 90Hz LCD display. The smartphone features a 13MP rear camera and has a Type-C charging port. The Lava Blaze 2, at Rs 8,999, offers all the essential and trendy features such as a high refresh rate display, faster UFS storage, dual camera setup, and Type-C charging. However, keep in mind that the smartphone is powered by UniSoC T616 which is an entry-level chipset. Also, Lava is shipping the smartphone with an Android version from 2021, that is Android 12.
