Lava Blaze NXT Launching on November 25 in India; Tipped to Feature MediaTek Helio G37 and 5000mAh Battery

Lava, earlier this month, launched the Lava Blaze 5G smartphone in the Indian market. The Lava Blaze 5G is the cheapest 5G handset in the country. Now, the company has started gearing up for the launch of yet another Blaze series smartphone – Lava Blaze NXT. The company took it to social media channels to tease the launch of the upcoming Lava Blaze NXT.

Though the company hasn’t revealed the Lava Blaze NXT India launch date, a micro-site has also gone live on Amazon which reveals that the Lava Blaze NXT will launch on November 25, tomorrow in India. Lava hasn’t revealed anything in the terms of the specifications of the upcoming Lava Blaze NXT. However, tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has tipped some of the key specifications of the Lava Blaze NXT.

Sudhanshu claims that the Lava Blaze NXT will feature the same design and specifications as that of the Lava Blaze which was launched back in July in India. However, as per the tipster, the Lava Blaze NXT will come equipped with a MediaTek Helio G37 processor and that’s the only change compared to the Lava Blaze.

Lava Blaze NXT: Specifications and Features

The Lava Blaze NXT is tipped to feature a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with an HD+ resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone is said to sport an octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 processor under the hood. The MediaTek Helio G37 is fabricated on a 12nm process and brings with it an integrated IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. This is the same processor that powers several other mid-range devices such as Moto G22, Tecno Spark 9, and Infinix Hot 12.

The Lava Blaze NXT is tipped to feature a triple-rear camera setup. The primary sensor on the device could be a 13MP shooter. While, the resolution and functionality of the remaining two sensors have not been revealed. The smartphone will reportedly offer a 13MP front shooter for selfies and video calls.

The Lava Blaze NXT is said to come equipped with a 5000mAh battery unit and 10W fast charging support. For charging and data transfers, it could make use of a USB Type-C port similar to the Lava Blaze. It is also tipped to offer a dedicated 3.5mm audio jack. Sudhanshu further claims that the Lava Blaze NXT will retail in a 4GB + 64GB configuration and will be priced under Rs 10,000 in the country.

The other MediaTek Helio G37-powered smartphones mentioned above are priced in Rs 8000-10,000 segment in the country. It will be interesting to see how Lava will price the upcoming Lava Blaze NXT. To those unaware, the Lava Blaze with MediaTek Helio A22 is priced at Rs 8699.
