Lava has launched a new Blaze series smartphone – the Lava Blaze NXT in the Indian market. The Lava Blaze NXT is similar to the Lava Blaze in terms of design. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 processor and 4GB of RAM. With MediaTek Helio G37 under the hood, the latest Lava Blaze series handset will compete against the likes of the Moto G22, Tecno Spark 9, and Infinix Hot 12.
The Lava Blaze NXT offers a large display panel and a 5000mAh battery unit. The smartphone offers a 13MP rear shooter and an 8MP front shooter. The Lava Blaze NXT features the same design language as that of the Lava Blaze and comes in three colour options. The Lava Blaze NXT comes in a 4GB + 64GB configuration and is priced at Rs 9299 in the Indian market. It will be available for purchase starting December 2 exclusively via Amazon India. Lava will also offer doorstep service for the Lava Blaze NXT customers in the country.
Lava Blaze NXT: Specifications and Features
The Lava Blaze NXT flaunts a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with an HD+ (720 × 1600 pixel) resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio, and a waterdrop notch. The handset features a glass back design with flat edges that we have previously seen with the Lava Blaze.
Under the hood, the all-new Lava Blaze NXT sports an octa-core MediaTek Helio G37 processor. To those unaware, the Helio G37 is manufactured on a 7nm process and brings with it an integrated IMG PowerVR GPU. This is the same processor that powers several other mid-range handsets – Moto G22, Tecno Spark 9, and Infinix Hot 12.
The latest Blaze series smartphone comes paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The handset also supports 3GB of virtual RAM. It comes pre-loaded with Android 12. The all-new Lava Blaze NXT is backed by a 5000mAh battery unit and features a Type-C port.
In terms of optics, the latest Blaze series smartphone comes equipped with a triple-rear camera setup and an LED flash. The primary shooter on the smartphone is a 13MP camera. The details about the auxiliary sensors is not known yet. For selfies and video calls, it relies on an 8MP front snapper.
The Lava Blaze NXT comes in three colour options – Red, Blue, and Green. It offers a 3.5mm audio jack and has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. It also offers face unlock feature. Connectivity options of the smartphone include Dual-SIM, 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, OTG, and GPS.
