Lenovo could be working on the launch of a new premium smartphone. The company’s device has visited the 3C certification website ahead of the launch. The listing reveals that the device has the model number L71061. It also confirms the fast charging details of the Lenovo smartphone. As per the listing, the Lenovo L71061 smartphone will support 68.2W fast charging. The company is likely to market the fast charging as 68W.
Based on the company’s previous track record, we can expect the phone to launch in select markets as a rebadged version of the Moto X30. However, the phone could also be the upcoming Legion Y90, which was teased recently. Let’s take a look at the Lenovo L71061 specifications revealed via the 3C listing.
Lenovo L71061 3C listing
As mentioned above, the Lenovo smartphone listed on 3C has the model number L71061 and comes with 68.2W fast-charging support. This could be the upcoming Lenovo Legion Y90. Tipster Digital Chat Station corroborates with the speculation, suggesting that the gaming phone will have 68W fast charging support. The phone is confirmed to feature a 6.92-inch E4 AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 720Hz touch sampling rate. It also has a dual-camera setup on the back, right above the dual-engine air-cooled system. It will also feature a Snapdragon 888 SoC.
Alternatively, the phone could also be a rebadged version of the Moto X30, which was launched late last year in China. The phone was the first to come with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC.
The OLED display will have a hole-punch cutout for the 60MP front camera. It will have a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, and a 2MP macro camera. The phone will run Android 12 out of the box.
There is no official confirmation from Lenovo yet. However, we can expect more details to surface online in the coming days.
