There are chances that Vivo and Lenovo bring them to India at lower pricing. The OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition price in India is INR 50,999 for the 10GB RAM + 256GB storage variant and INR 45,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage version. Concerning the Lenovo Z5 Pro GT, the phone is launched at CNY 4,398 (roughly INR 45,100) for the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant while the Vivo Nex Dual Display Edition is launched at CNY 4,998 (roughly INR 52,300) for the 10GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. In this comparison, we will be comparing the top-end variants of these phones.

All the three phones have innovative design elements. However, going by the pricing and keeping the durability aspect in mind, we think that the Lenovo Z5 Pro GT has a more convincing design and screen. The Vivo Nex Dual Display Edition has got us thinking about its durability as one can’t even use a cover on this one as that will eliminate the presence of a second screen altogether. The OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition sure looks good, but its pricing is quite stretched.

The Lenovo Z5 Pro GT is powered by Snapdragon 855 SoC based on the 7nm manufacturing process. This chipset from Qualcomm is claimed to deliver superfast performance than the previous chipsets in the 800-series. The phone has up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. On the software side of things, the phone runs Android 9.0 Pie-based ZUI 10.0.

An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor powers the Vivo Nex Dual Display Edition alongside 10GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage. The phone runs Android 9.0 Pie-based Funtouch OS 4.5. While the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset clubbed with 10GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone runs Android 9.0 Pie-based OxygenOS.

Well, it is quite obvious that the Lenovo Z5 Pro GT wins this battles hands down with its whopping 12GB RAM and Snapdragon 855 chipset under the hood. In terms of software, we think we like the OxygenOS better than the ZUI and FunTouch OS.

Coming to the camera department, the Lenovo Z5 Pro GT has a 16MP+24MP dual-camera setup at the rear with dual-tone LED flash and f/1.8 aperture. There is a 16MP+8MP dual-camera setup on the front too with f/2.2 aperture. The front camera sits on the slider that pops up whenever it is to be used. Pretty much like the Oppo Find X. A 3350mAh battery backs the Lenovo Z5 Pro GT.

The Vivo Nex Dual Display Edition has a triple-camera setup on the rear with a 12MP primary sensor, a 2MP secondary sensor, and a TOF 3D stereo camera as the third sensor. There is no front camera on this phone as the rear camera acts as the front and rear camera both. A 3500mAh battery backs the smartphone with 22.5W fast charging support.

The OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition sports a 16MP+20MP dual-rear cameras with dual LED flash and many other features. There is a 16MP selfie snapper on the front with a f/2.0 aperture. A 3700mAh battery completes the OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition with support for Warp Charge 30 that is claimed to offer a day’s worth of backup in just 20 minutes of charge.

Well, yet again, the Lenovo Z5 Pro takes the cake with its better cameras. The OnePlus 6T comes second here. The Vivo Nex Dual Display does not have a very impressive setup here.

The OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition comes second as per our parameters. The Vivo Nex Dual Display has got us wondering whether its design makes much sense concerning daily use. We found ourselves pondering on the durability issue and camera functionality too. We can’t form an opinion on the Vivo Nex Dual Display Edition yet; we need to see it gauge its performance in real-world tests.
