Netflix most loved non-English show Lupin is returning back with Season 3 of the franchise. The first season of Lupin premiered on Netflix on January 8, 2021, with the majority of the filming taking place in Paris. On June 11th, the second season was made available. Now according to the latest information, the Season 3 of the show will be made available on Netflix in October, this year. Netflix has been dropping hints about Lupin’s release date, and with hard research, one may have found out that the streaming service plans to broadcast season 3 at the start of October 2023.
According to some reports, the show’s avatars were changed with numbers superimposed on them. The year “23” was inferred from two of the numerals, and the date “05/10/23” was inferred from the remaining numbers and exclamation marks. It made fans of the show expect that the show will return on October 5, considering there has been no indication of a May release. But now, there is an official announcement of the return of season 3 of the show made by the digital giant.

The French series was a huge hit, according to Netflix, garnering 70 million views in the first month of release, making it the most popular non-English program on the service. With 54 million views, the second season also ranked among the top shows for the second quarter.
Assane, the main character of Lupin Part 3, will be the focus of the plot when he is in hiding and apart from his family. He returns to Paris and proposes a novel idea to leave France and begin a new life somewhere since he is unable to tolerate the suffering his family is experiencing as a result of him. But when someone suddenly makes a return and triggers old memories, his intentions are derailed.
It is believed that all the cast from the earlier two seasons will be repeated with some new additions. Omar Sy, Ludivine Sagnier, Clotilde Hesme, Nicola Garcia, and Herve Pierre are all part of the show, among others.

Viewers are eager to see the third franchise of the show and it can be gauged by the fact that the first and second seasons were viewed by more than 70 million people. The show has received one BAFTA award, 3 other awards, and 18 nominations in total. IMDb gave the show a rating of 7.5 out of 10.
