Xiaomi is all set to launch its Mi 11 Ultra and Mi MIX foldable smartphones in the global and Chinese market today. The launch of both smartphones is salted today at an event in Shanghai at 5 PM IST. The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is said to launch with highlighted features like IP68 rating, QHD+ AMOLED screen, 120Hz refresh rate, and a lot more. On the other hand, the foldable smartphone will feature a 67.1W fast-charging support, 512GB storage, 100MP+ primary camera, and more. The company is said to live stream the entire launch event of the smartphones. As mentioned above the company is all set to launch the Mi 11 Ultra and Mi MIX foldable today in the global and Chinese market respectively. But the live stream of both events is separate, the global event is going to be live stream on Xiaomi’s Global Youtube channel and the company will simultaneously hold a launch live stream on Xiaomi’s China website or its official Weibo handle.

Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra specifications

The Mi 11 Ultra is tipped to launch with a 6.8-inch quad-curved OLED display with a WQHD+ resolution. The smartphone is said to feature a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. Leaks and rumours suggest that the upcoming Mi 11 Ultra will have a secondary display next to the camera module. The smartphone was recently spotted on the Geekbench listing confirming some of the specifications.

According to the listing, the Mi 11 Ultra is confirmed to run on Android 11 out of the box. The phone has been spotted with an octa-core processor clocked at 2.84GHz, paired with Adreno 660 GPU. This means, under the hood, the handset will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. The listing also reveals the Mi 11 Ultra has managed to score 1132 and 3488 points in the single-core and multi-core Geekbench test.

On the optical front, the Mi 11 Ultra is tipped to launch with a 50MP ISOCELL GN2 primary sensor with a 1/1.12-inch size, accompanied by a 48MP ultrawide sensor and a 48MP periscope telephoto zoom lens with support for up to 120x Zoom. Besides, the smartphone is said to be fuelled by a 5,000mAh battery with 67W wireless charging.

Xiaomi Mi MIX Expected Specifications

A couple of days back the smartphone was certified by TENAA and 3C with model number M2011J18C. TENNA listing suggests that the smartphone will be launched with 12GB RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The TENAA certification had a mention of a higher-end variant which might ship with 16GB of RAM and 512GB storage.

Some reports suggest that the foldable smartphone will be fueled by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset with a 120Hz refresh rate display and a 100MP+ primary camera setup. The Mi Mix is assumed to be the company’s first foldable smartphone, which might offer 67.1W fast-charging support. Besides, there is no information about the foldable phone available on the internet. We need to wait for the launch to know more about the smartphone.
