The Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 7 fitness tracker might launch globally soon. The company had announced the Mi Smart Band 7 in China back in May. While the company is yet to confirm the launch of the band globally, the smart wearable has been spotted on the IMDA certification website, hinting imminent launch of the product in the global market.
Xiaomi usually launches its Mi smart band wearables in the global market, a couple of months after the initial launch in China. We can expect the band to be available in more markets in the coming weeks. The Xiaomi Smart Band 7 consists of two trackers 一 Band 7 and Band 7 NFC. Since the company launched the Band 6 and Band 6 NFC, we can also expect both the wearables to launch globally this time around as well.
Mi Smart Band 7 Listed on IMDA
The Mi Smart Band 7 has been spotted by tipster Mukul Sharma on IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority) website model number M2130B1. With this certification, the Mi Smart Band 7 is now one step closer to the official launch in the global market.
As for the Indian launch, we expect the wearable to launch during the Xiaomi Smarter Living Event, which usually takes place around September every year. However, there is no confirmation around the same yet.

Xiaomi Mi Band 7 Specifications and Features
The Mi Band 7 comes with a large 1.62-inch AMOLED display. The band also supports Always-on-Display and it comes with a redesigned UI with new icons, animations, and visuals. The Mi Band 7 comes with a 24/7 heart rate monitor as well as a SpO2 monitor to take care of blood-oxygen levels. Apart from that, there is sleep tracking as well with a detailed breakdown of deep and light sleep.
The band offers support for 120 sports modes, which included walking, running, cycling and more. In terms of battery life, the Band 7 comes with a 180mAh battery unit, which is rated to last up to 14 days. Other features include a 5ATM water resistance rating, smart notification, and multiple colour options. Apart from the inclusion of NFC on the NCF model, the rest of the specifications are the same between the Band 7 and Band 7 NFC.
In terms of pricing, Mi Band 7 is priced at CNY 239 (~Rs 2,800) and the Mi Band 7 NFC version costs CNY 279 (~Rs 3,200) in China
