Micromax is readying up for the launch of the new smartphone in India. The company has recently released a teaser on Twitter, which reveals that the smartphone maker will launch a new device in India on July 30th. If we go by the teaser released by Micromax, its upcoming smartphone will offer a long battery life, smooth performance, and the device will be aimed at Gig workers. The teaser released by Micromax doesn’t explicitly reveal the name of the handset. However, we can expect the company to release the Micromax IN 2B smartphone in India on July 30th. The device was spotted on Geekbench last month. The benchmark listing had revealed the key specifications of the handset ahead of the official launch. Micromax Smartphone With Long Battery Life Set to Launch on July 30th
The Micromax IN 2B will be succeeding the company’s Micromax IN 1B smartphone. As per the report by The Mobile Indian last week, Micromax is planning to launch a Micromax IN 2B in India by the end of July. Now, that Micromax has teased the arrival of a new handset on July 30th, we can expect the company to launch the Micromax IN 2B accordingly. As mentioned above, the Micromax 1N 2B was spotted on Geekbench last month. If we go by the benchmark details, the Micromax IN 2B is supposed to come with an octa-core Unisoc T610 SoC. The device is expected to ship with 4GB of RAM. On the software side of things, the handset might run Android 11 out of the box.
In the Geekbench test result, the Micromax IN 2B had managed to pull off 350 points in the single-core test and 1204 points in the multicore test. As mentioned above, the device will be arriving as a successor to Micromax’s earlier launched IN 1B smartphone. To recall, the Micromax 1N 1B was launched by Micromax last year in November. The device features a 6.52-inch IPS LCD display that has HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Helio G35 SoC. In terms of imaging the 1N 1B sports a dual-camera setup that consists of a 13MP primary and 2MP secondary camera. The phone houses a 5000mAh battery that has 10W charging support.
The report by The Mobile Indian also reveals that Micromax is planning to launch the Micromax IN 2C smartphone next month. The Micromax IN 2C was spotted on Geekbench a few weeks back. As per the Geekbench benchmark listing, the Micromax IN 2C is supposed to ship with an Unisoc T610 processor and 4GB of RAM. The phone might run Android 11 out of the box. As the days pass, we should get to learn more details about the Micromax IN 2B and IN 2C.
