It competes directly with the Realme GT 7 Pro, which was the first device in the country to come with the new Qualcomm chip. The iQOO 13 is priced lower than the Realme GT 7 Pro by up to Rs 5,000. While bank discounts of up to Rs 3,000 are available on both phones, the iQOO 13 is still cheaper.
The iQOO 13 is sold on Amazon and offline stores, while the Realme GT 7 Pro is sold on Flipkart. Notably, the iQOO 13 is the first ever device from the company that is available in the market. Prior to this, iQOO phones were sold only on online portals.
iQOO 13 vs Realme GT 7 Pro: Design
- The iQOO 13 features a glass back panel with slightly curved edges for an ergonomic grip. It has an aluminium frame with flat edges, with a maximum thickness of 8.13mm and a weight of 213 grams. The phone has a Halo Light ring around the camera module, which can be customised to form RGB light effects. The iQOO 13 also has a Legend Edition with BMW branding.
- The Realme GT 7 Pro has a Mars-inspired design with a glass back panel and an aluminium frame. The overall curvature is higher than the iQOO 13. This device has a maximum thickness of 8.5mm and weighs 222 grams. It is available in Mars Orange and Galaxy Grey colours.
Both flagships have a premium design with a glass sandwich built and a metal frame. The iQOO 13 is lighter than the Realme GT 7 Pro and has a unique Halo Light. While the design is subject to personal preference, the iQOO 13 has a slight edge in this department.

- The Realme GT 7 Pro has a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED screen with a micro-curved design. It has a 1.5K resolution of 2780×1264 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It supports peak brightness of up to 6500 nits and HDR10+. The screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
The iQOO 13’s screen has a higher resolution and refresh rate, which will offer a smoother scrolling experience. The Realme GT 7 Pro supports higher peak brightness, which is beneficial in outdoor conditions.
So, you can choose the iQOO 13 for the high refresh rate and the Realme GT 7 Pro for the high peak brightness.
iQOO 13 vs Realme GT 7 Pro: Processor
- The iQOO 13 features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. It also has a custom Q2 chip, which boosts the gaming performance of the device. The device supports up to 144fps gaming at a full 2K resolution. High-res gaming support is available in PUBG Mobile and Genshin Impact. This chipset is paired with a large 7000 mm² vapour cooling chamber for better heat dissipation.
- The Realme GT 7 Pro has the same Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It supports 120fps gaming in PUBG Mobile. The device also has a vapour cooling chamber for thermal management.
While the iQOO 13 gets an additional Q2 gaming chip, the Realme GT 7 Pro is not far behind as it shares the same Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. Both phones are capable of handling all modern games at up to 120fps, but iQOO has a slight edge in select games due to its higher refresh rate screen. iQOO 13 vs Realme GT 7 Pro: Software
- The iQOO 13 runs FunTouch OS 15 based on Android 15. The software comes with AI-powered features like AI Erase and Live Cutout to help users with easier photo editing. It also supports Circle-to-Search and Google Gemini integration. The device will receive four major Android updates and five years of security patches.
- The Realme GT 7 Pro comes with Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15. The device has AI features for photography and image editing such as AI Zoom, AI Unblur, AI Sketch to Image, and more. It also uses AI to optimise gaming performance for higher frame rate. It is eligible for three Android updates and four years of security patches.
The iQOO 13 will receive one additional Android update, making it eligible for up to Android 19 and a more lucrative option to consider. However, FunTouch OS and Realme UI offer plenty of customisation options, and both user interfaces are known for their stability, making it almost a tie.

- The iQOO 13 has a triple rear camera setup, including, a 50MP f/1.88 primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP f/2.2 ultrawide lens, and a 50MP f/1.85 telephoto camera with OIS and up to 4x lossless zoom. Video recording is supported up to 8K 30fps. There is a 32MP selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture.

Both devices support AI-powered features for Night and Portrait mode in the default camera app. The iQOO 13 supports a higher frame rate in 8K video recording by a small margin.

- The Realme GT 7 Pro features a 5,800mAh battery with a Silicon Carbon anode. It supports 120W charging, and the total charge time is around 30 minutes.
The iQOO 13 has a larger battery, making it more suitable for gaming. Both devices have the same charging speed but lack wireless charging. They also have a compatible fast charger bundled in the box.
iQOO 13 vs Realme GT 7 Pro: Verdict
The iQOO 13 cuts no corners and offers a complete package with its 144Hz screen, 50MP triple rear cameras, a large battery, and a longer software update cycle. It also has a unique touch with its Halo Light making it a head-turner. Even with top-notch specifications, it retains an aggressive price tag compared to other last-generation flagships.
The Realme GT 7 Pro is capable of doing everything that the iQOO 13 can. However, it lags a little in the display and camera resolution. Considering the price difference of Rs 5,000, the iQOO 13 offers minor upgrades over the Realme GT 7 Pro.
