iQOO Neo 10R vs Realme P3 Ultra vs Poco X7 Pro: Vapour Chamber Cooling Test Comparison

Ever since the iQOO Neo 10R hit the Indian market last month, it’s been turning heads for offering serious value at its price. Naturally, we had to see how it stacks up against the Realme P3 Ultra and POCO X7 Pro — especially when it comes to vapour chamber cooling test. We ran them through the same test, and here’s how the showdown played out.

What Exactly Is a Vapour Chamber Cooling Test?

Think of the vapour chamber cooling system like a tiny internal air conditioner for your phone. When the device starts heating up—say, during gaming or intense multitasking—the heat is soaked up by a special liquid sealed inside a flat metal chamber. That liquid quickly turns into vapour, which then spreads the heat across the entire chamber. Once the heat is dispersed, the vapour cools down and turns back into liquid, ready to repeat the process. This test basically checks how well that system works to keep temperatures under control and performance steady.

At the Heart of the Phones

Under the hood, the iQOO Neo 10R runs on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and is backed by a 6,400mAh battery. It also features a substantial vapour chamber measuring 6,043 sq. mm, helping it manage thermals more efficiently during heavy tasks.

Meanwhile, the Realme P3 Ultra opts for the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultra processor. Its battery is a bit smaller at 6,000mAh, but interestingly, it includes a slightly larger vapour chamber than the iQOO — 6,050 sq. mm to be exact — giving it a slight edge in the cooling department.

The POCO X7 Pro, on the other hand, uses the Dimensity 8400 Ultra chipset and houses a 6,550mAh battery, the largest of the three. However, when it comes to heat management, its vapour chamber is the smallest at just 5,000 sq. mm — which could make a difference during long gaming or intense usage sessions.
