CMF Phone 2 Pro

Launch Date in India: 28 April

Nothing’s sub-brand CMF is all set to launch its latest smartphone on April 28 in India. The CMF Phone 2 Pro is set to feature the Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset alongside 8GB RAM. Thanks to the new chipset, the Phone 2 Pro will have 10 per cent higher CPU performance and 5 per cent better graphics performance compared to its predecessor, the CMF Phone 1.

It has also been confirmed that the CMF Phone 2 Pro will run Android 15 and ship with a charger in the box. In terms of cost, the device is expected to arrive with a sub Rs. 20,000 price tag.

OPPO K13 5G

Launch Date in India: 21 April

OPPO is set to launch the OPPO K13 5G on April 21 in India. The USP of the smartphone is its mammoth 7,000mAh battery, which will support 80W SuperVOOC fast charging. It will be powered by the 4nm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset paired with Adreno 810 GPU and UFS 3.1 storage.

Other confirmed specifications of the K13 5G include a 6.67-inch AMOLED Full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1200nits of peak brightness, a 50-megapixel primary rear camera, and ColorOS 15 based on Android 15. The smartphone will be sold via Flipkart and is expected to be priced under Rs. 20,000.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge

Expected Launch Date in India: April 2025

Samsung unveiled its Galaxy S25 Edge at MWC 2025 earlier this month. It is said to be the company’s slimmest Galaxy S smartphone. The device is expected to feature a 6.6-inch AMOLED screen with a 2K resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.

The Galaxy S25 Edge is more likely to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. As Samsung has showcased, the device will have dual rear cameras. This may include a 200-megapixel primary sensor and a 12-megapixel ultrawide lens. The battery capacity is said to be 3900mAh. Samsung has not confirmed any specifications of the device. Reports suggest the Galaxy S25 Edge will launch in India and select countries on 16 April 2025, but this date should be considered with a pinch of salt.

Vivo X200 Ultra

Expected Launch in China: April 2025

The Vivo X200 Ultra is expected to launch in China soon as the top-end variant in the Vivo X200 Series. The device is tipped to feature a 6.82-inch AMOLED display from BOE, with a 2K resolution. Vivo has showcased some details of the camera of the device, which we can expect to include a 200-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto, and a 50-megapixel zoom lens.

The Vivo X200 Ultra will likely have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. To recall, the Vivo X200 and X200 Pro feature the Mediatek Dimensity 9400 chipset. The device may also get a 6000mAh battery with 90W charging support. However, Vivo has not confirmed any details from its end, and we are unsure about its release in India.

Expected Launch in China: April 2025

In addition to the Vivo X200 Ultra, the company is also expected to launch the Vivo X200s. As per reports, this device may feature a 6.67-inch LTPS AMOLED display with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.

Vivo X200s is tipped to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor. The device is expected to have triple rear cameras with a 50-megapixel primary, 50MP ultrawide, and a 64-megapixel telephoto lens. The battery capacity could be similar to its elder sibling at 6000mAh.

Moto Edge 60 Fusion

The Edge 60 Fusion is Motorola’s latest premium mid-range offering. It is the first phone in India with the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 processor and features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, IP69 dust and water resistance, and a 5,500mAh battery with support for 68W wired fast charging.

On the imaging front, the Moto Edge 60 Fusion has a triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary, a 13-megapixel ultrawide, and a macro lens. Up front, there is a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The smartphone comes with AI features like Catch Me Up, a digital assistant that can store reminders, analyse images, and perform other productivity tasks, and Magic Canvas, which turns text prompts into AI-generated artwork.

The Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is available on Flipkart. It comes in an 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant priced at Rs. 22,999, and a higher-end model with 12 GB RAM + 256GB storage priced at Rs. 24,999.

OPPO F29 Pro

The OPPO F29 Pro is the latest release in OPPO’s fan-favourite F-Series. It features a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display is covered with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, and the device is also certified for MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability.

It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy processor, paired with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The dual rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel f/1.8 primary sensor and a 2-megapixel f/2.4 depth sensor. For selfies, you have a 16-megapixel f/2.4 shooter. The battery capacity is 6000mAh, which supports 80W fast charging.

Realme P3 Ultra

The Realme P3 Ultra is the top model in the latest Realme P3 series. It features a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with an upgraded 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen also gets Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection for scratch resistance.

The device features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor. It also has one of the best cameras in its segment, with a triple rear camera setup. The Nothing Phone (3a) has a 50-megapixel f/1.9 primary camera, a 50-megapixel f/2.0 telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, and an 8-megapixel f/2.2 ultrawide lens. A 32-megapixel f/2.2 sensor handles selfies. The phone’s battery capacity is 5000mAh, and it supports 50W fast charging.

Samsung Galaxy M56 5G

Samsung has just launched its newest mid-range smartphone in India, the Galaxy M56 5G. The smartphone features a 6.73-inch full-HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, UFS 3.1 storage for speedy load times, a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging support, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection.

iQOO Neo 10R

The iQOO Neo 10R is a dream smartphone for a budget gamer. It features a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a segment-leading 144Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ resolution. The screen comes with Schott Xenstation Up protection.
