On paper, the Realme 13+ 5G is lighter, and the Vivo T3 Pro 5G is thinner despite packing a large battery. We got the Victory Gold shade of the Realme 13+ 5G, which doesn’t attract smudges and fingerprints, despite a glossy rear panel.
As for the Vivo T3 Pro 5G, we have its vegan leather option, which is slightly heavier. However, the even weight distribution makes it comfortable to hold. The vegan leather finish also keeps fingerprint smudges away from the panel but is prone to stains.
The Vivo T3 Pro 5G comes with a tall aspect ratio, which makes it easier for people preferring one-hand usages. To conclude, we prefer the Realme 13+ 5G over the Vivo T3 Pro 5G as it is lighter with an advanced IP65 rating and a premium glossy panel resistant to fingerprints and stains.

The Realme 13+ 5G sports a flat display with excellent brightness despite brightness levels set to half indoors. The smartphone is also legible outdoors but we had to adjust the brightness levels in direct sunlight for better visibility. The AMOLED panel produces vibrant colours and is adequately saturated with on-point consistency.
On the downside, the Realme 13+ 5G comes with Widevine L3 certification, which doesn’t allow the smartphone to stream FHD content on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. The dual speakers on the device emit crisp and clear audio at 80% audio levels and offer slightly distorted audio at higher volumes.
In contrast, the Vivo T3 Pro 5G sports a curved AMOLED display, which offers a premium in-hand feel and a more subtle curvature. We watched Black Myth Wukong on YouTube, where it displayed crisp picture quality and vibrant colours. Vivo also equips the smartphone with Widevine L1 certification and can stream 1080p videos on streaming platforms.
The Vivo T3 Pro 5G also supports HDR videos on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more, enhancing the user experience. The curved AMOLED display of the smartphone is adequately bright indoors with 50% intensity. In outdoor conditions, we didn’t face any challenges either. In terms of audio, the stereo speakers on the smartphone produce crisp and clear voices with up to 75% volume.
To conclude, we prefer the Vivo T3 Pro 5G over the Realme 13+ 5G as it comes with Widevine L1 certification with HDR capabilities and offers a slightly brighter display.
Realme 13+ 5G vs Vivo T3 Pro 5G: Cameras
Realme 13+ 5G | Vivo T3 Pro 5G
Primary Camera | 50MP Sony LYT 600 primary camera with OIS and f/1.8 aperture | 50MP Sony IMX882 primary camera with OIS and f/1.8 aperture |
Ultrawide Camera | – | 8MP ultrawide camera with f/2.2 aperture and field of view of 112˚ |
Tertiary Camera | 2MP macro camera with f/2.2 aperture | 2MP macro camera with f/2.4 aperture |
Front Camera | 16MP selfie camera with f/2.4 aperture | 16MP snapper with f/2.45 aperture |
The Vivo T3 Pro 5G has an advantage as it includes an ultrawide camera, which is missing in its competitor. The 50MP Sony IMX882 primary camera on the Vivo T3 Pro 5G can capture crisp and detailed shots in daylight scenarios. On the flip side, the smartphone has a slightly lower shutter speed even in daylight conditions, which makes shooting fast-moving objects difficult.
The HDR tuning of the primary camera struggles in processing to revive the highlight details in photos with harsh backlight. To our surprise, the HDR performance is much better with the 8MP ultrawide camera on the smartphone. In low-light conditions, the device captures satisfactory images with excellent details.
The ultrawide camera lacks details while capturing in lowlight conditions. However, the smartphone gets the colours right, making the ultrawide pictures social media-ready.
Vivo has managed to get the algorithm correct for Portrait photography, as it excels in capturing portrait photos. The pictures come praiseworthy with enough lighting in the background and come with multiple presets to enhance the overall experience. In terms of selfies, the Vivo T3 Pro 5G captures great images with ample lighting. However, the smartphone smooths out human skin in dimly lit environments, offering an artificial output.
The Realme 13+ 5G can also capture excellent images with close to natural colours and amble details. However, it struggles with exposure, which results in slightly darker images in daylight and lowlight conditions. It also has a problem with the shutter speed, which can be problematic in capturing movements.
The smartphone also has a popular issue with older iPhones, i.e., lens flare when photographed against direct light sources. The portrait mode on the smartphone captures plain-looking images with accurate skin tone and balanced edge detection. However, the portrait mode on the smartphone doesn’t deserve any praise, unlike the Vivo T3 Pro 5G. The edge detection is not precise with the Realme 13+ 5G as opposed to its competitor, which is a letdown for users who prefer portrait images. The smartphone took detailed selfies but messed up with exposure to direct light.
We prefer the Vivo T3 Pro 5G over the Realme 13+ 5G as it captures better images in overall conditions.

We played Call of Duty: Mobile on Realme 13+ 5G, which supports up to Very High Quality + Very High FPS. Realme has managed to maintain a 60fps frame rate throughout the gaming session and offers a buttery smooth gameplay. In BGMI, the device supports Ultra HDR Quality + Ultra FPS and achieves a maximum and minimum framerate of 40.5fps and 40fps.
It could reach up to 90fps while playing in BGMI by switching to the lowest settings and enabling GT mode. However, for some weird reasons, the GT mode is required to be turned off in Call of Duty: Mobile to achieve 90fps.
In our practical tests, the Realme 13+ 5G offers a smooth performance in day-to-day usages and multi-tasking, including social media scrolling, watching videos, and more.
The Vivo T3 Pro 5G also performs buttery smooth without any lags in our practical usage testing without any lags or stutters. The smartphone also comes with excellent thermals, as the CPU throttling test didn’t detect any throttling. The device supports Very High Quality + Max Graphics on Call of Duty: Mobile with a buttery smooth gameplay.
We could achieve a maximum frame rate of 60fps and a minimum frame rate of 56.9fps throughout the gameplay. The Vivo T3 Pro 5G can achieve 89.6fps in the lowest graphic settings in Call of Duty: Mobile. In BGMI, the device gets support for Ultra HDR Quality + Ultra Graphics.
Our tests indicate that the Realme 13+ 5G and Vivo T3 Pro 5G offer identical performance in real-world conditions, including gaming, despite the Realme 13+ 5G scoring less in synthetic benchmarking tests.

The Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14, comes with multiple customisation options, including Quick Return, Smart Sidebar, Quick Launch, and more. The phone has multiple preinstalled apps and bloatware, including hot apps and hot games.
However, unlike older Realme smartphones, the bloatware apps can be disabled or uninstalled without fuss. There’s also the AI Clear Voice for better call quality and the AI Smart Loop for streamlining content sharing and sending a few spammy notifications, which might hinder the user experience.
FunTouch OS 14 also has bloatware and pre-installed apps but there are multiple AI features, including camera-specific features, to enhance the user experience, which gives it an edge over the Realme 13+.

Realme 13+ 5G | Vivo T3 Pro 5G
Battery | 5,000mAh | 5,500mAh |

Charging Time | 50 Minutes 33 Seconds | 1 Hour 53 Seconds |
As you can see from the above table, the Vivo T3 Pro 5G lasted over 21 hours and 36 minutes in the PCMark Battery Test. In contrast, the Realme 13+ 5G with its slightly smaller 5,000mAh lasted only 14 hours and 18 minutes during the PCMark Battery Test. Both smartphones also sport identical fast charging speeds, resulting in a similar time for charging.
The Realme 13+ took less time to charge but the T3 Pro has a larger battery and hence, the increased charging time. In our practical tests, the Realme 13+ 5G lasted almost a day of usage with moderate usage. On the contrary, the Vivo T3 Pro 5G offers more than a day of usage with a similar usage pattern.
To conclude, the Vivo T3 Pro 5G’s larger battery gives it a brute majority over the Realme 13+ 5G.
Realme 13+ 5G vs Vivo T3 Pro 5G: Verdict
To sum it up, Realme 13+ 5G offers a solid build quality, making it an ideal choice for buyers who prefer to use it without cases. The device also has a capable SoC with gaming-specific features to enhance the overall experience. The device gets a flat AMOLED display, which is more durable than the competition.
In contrast, the Vivo T3 Pro 5G is focused more on the user experience, as it comes with a slightly better-curved display with Widevine L1 certification. The smartphone also has capable cameras on the rear, which can capture excellent images. The larger 5,500mAh battery with 80W charging makes it a deadly combination for buyers preferring longer battery life.
