Realme 13 Pro 5G Series Roundup: All You Need to Know

Realme will launch the Realme 13 Pro 5G and Realme 13 Pro+ 5G smartphones on July 30 in India alongside the Realme Watch S2 smartwatch. Ahead of the upcoming launch, the company has confirmed several key specifications of the Realme 13 Pro 5G series devices. Here’s all we know about the upcoming smartphones so far.

Realme 13 Pro 5G Series: Price in India

The upcoming smartphones from Realme are expected to start at under Rs 30,000 in the country, similar to the Realme 12 Pro 5G series. The smartphones will be available on Flipkart and the Realme India e-Store.

Realme will offer an instant bank discount of Rs 3,000 for the early access sale scheduled for July 30. The early access will go live between 6 PM and 10 PM on July 30 and will go live through Flipkart and Realme India e-Store.

Realme will also offer a no-cost EMI up to 12 months and an extended one-year warranty. The customers purchasing and activating the device before August 12 will be eligible for a free screen replacement. The screen replacement is limited for 30 days from the date of activating the smartphone.

Realme 13 Pro 5G Series: Design

Realme has confirmed the smartphones will come in a glass-back edition and a vegan leather edition. The devices will be available in Monet Purple, Monet Gold, and Emerald Green colour options.

The company uses a high-gloss AG class on the rear panel, which also sports a circular camera module and HYPERIMAGE+ branding. The devices will have an IP65 dust and water resistance rating and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i for enhanced durability.

Realme is expected to equip the Realme 13 Pro 5G and Realme 13 Pro+ 5G with a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphones will sport a centred punch-hole cutout to house the selfie camera.

Realme has confirmed the Realme 13 Pro series will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, based on a 4nm process. Realme claims that the smartphones will score over 6,80,000 points on the AnTuTu V10 benchmarking platform.

The devices are also said to sport the biggest 3D vapour chamber, measuring 4500mm². The smartphones will run Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14 and will be eligible for three OS updates and four years of security patch updates.

The Realme 13 Pro+ 5G will be equipped with the world’s first Sony LYT 701 50MP primary camera with support for OIS. This will be accompanied by a 50MP Sony LYT 600 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS. In contrast, the Realme 13 Pro 5G will sport a 50MP Sony LYT 600 primary camera with OIS.

Both smartphones will sport an 8MP ultrawide camera with f/2.2 aperture. For selfies, the smartphones will sport a 32MP snapper with f/2.45 aperture.

Realme will equip the smartphones with a large 5,200mAh battery, which is said to maintain battery health of up to 80% for 4 years. The company confirmed the Realme 13 Pro 5G and Realme 13 Pro+ 5G will sport 45W and 80W SuperVOOC fast charging tech, respectively.

Realme Watch S2 and Buds T310 Coming Too

In addition to this, Realme will launch the Watch S2 with a luxury watch design and an IP68 rating. The smartwatch will come with an AI personal assistant and several dynamic watch faces. It will also include multi-threaded optimization for smooth transitions. Other than this, you can expect several health and utility features. It could be an affordable offering.
