Moreover, there is an option to buy a lower RAM and storage variant for Rs 1,000 less for those with a hard cap on their budget.

Both the TECNO POVA 6 Neo 5G and Moto G64 5G weigh the same. However, the TECNO device is much slimmer than the Moto smartphone. The TECNO POVA 5G sports a flat design with rounded edges. The golden rings around the cameras and the aura light ring add a touch of class to the design. It is IP54 rated for dust and water resistance.
On the other hand, the Moto G64 5G features a more subtle design that we associate with Motorola smartphones. It lacks in the durability department, as it comes with a lower IP52 ingress protection.
The TECNO POVA 6 Neo 5 G’s higher ingress protection rating and more modern design tip the scales in its favour.

The TECNO POVA 6 Neo 5G has an IPS LCD screen that supports HD+ resolution and Widevine L1 certification. However, it does not support HDR. The display offers decent visuals but struggles a bit in direct sunlight due to lower brightness. Moreover, there’s no protective layer on the display, so users must be careful not to drop the device on its face.
The Moto G64 5G also has a lower-brightness display that struggles outside. However, its FHD+ screen resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 layer make it a better smartphone in terms of display.
Both smartphones also feature stereo speakers for a punchy audio output, but the Moto G64 5G has Dolby Atmos support. This means the audio from the Moto device is punchier and clearer.
The Moto G64 5G with its higher resolution, protective layer, and Dolby Atmos support is better of the two when it comes to audio and visual performance.

However, the camera struggles in low light with flat details, and the absence of an ultra-wide lens makes it glaring. Selfies are decent with natural skin tones, but we sometimes noticed a reddish tint.
The Moto G64 5G gets a more versatile camera system and delivers good results indoors and outdoors, with decent details and accurate colours in most cases. Moreover, the handset also clicks decent low-light images. You will be pleasantly surprised with portrait shots and selfies.
If you are looking for a well rounded camera system with great daylight and low light performance, the Moto G64 5G will serve you better.

You get high-end AI features like AIGC Portrait for AI generated avatars, AI Cutout, AI Eraser, AI Artboard, and more. However, it does come loaded with pre-installed TECNO bloatware that dampens the whole experience.
On the other hand, the Moto G64 5G only offers one major Android upgrade (Android 15), which is a letdown. However, fans of the stock Android experience will appreciate the MyUX experience. It does come with pre-loaded folders for categories like Shopping, Entertainment, and Gaming.
In the software department, the TECNO POVA 6 Neo 5G is a better option between the two with longer software support and futuristic AI features. However, fans of clean interface will like the MyUX more.
